Favorite Films of 1991 (and 2009)

1991 was a big year for me. I can’t believe I was only fifteen, I really felt like I was an adult. I was also on the verge of exploding into a big homo. I looked at the films that were released that year I realized why.

So much of the gay! My Own Private Idaho was brokeback before Brokeback. Kevin Bacon was in drag in JFK. And I saw my first gay kiss on screen in Truth or Dare.
